My name is Amy & I am a stay at home mum of a very active 2 year old boy! In my spare time I play soccer, which is a huge passion of mine, at the amazing Port Kennedy Soccer Club.
Anyone who knows me well, knows I absolutely LOVE a good chocolate cake!
Shortly after having my son, I found myself with extra time on my hands and I needed something to do. I know that sounds silly, after having a baby most people have their hands full, but I was very lucky to have a baby who slept most of the day and through the night from about 5 weeks old.
One day in early 2021, I bought myself an iPad & Pencil & discovered my love for drawing. I would draw modern artwork and soon made a little online store to sell them as Digital Prints. I persevered for a while but only made 6 sales in approximately 18 months, and with my son getting older, being awake longer and requiring much more attention, I found myself with much less time to properly draw anything.
So, I just gave up. But it always stayed in the back of my mind.
A few months later in October 2022 I stumbled across something online about Edible Images. Intrigued, I did some more research and thought, I can do that! Even better was that I could combine my love of digital drawing with my love of all things cake!
The majority of our designs use images sourced from elsewhere. I do not claim any of the artwork as my own unless I have personally drawn it. You are paying for my services, i.e. the time taken gathering images and printing. All images belong to their respective owners.
If I was to draw every single design for each different order from scratch, I would be here for months! I do however, still really enjoy putting the images together to create an amazing cupcake topper set.
