Storage

Keep in the airtight bag they came in until ready to use.
Keep at room temperature.
Do not store in the fridge.
Keep away from water, before and after application.
Keep the images flat and do not put anything on top of it.
Keep out of direct sunlight or the colours may fade.
Images will stay edible for approx. 12 months but we recommend that you use them within 3 months for the image to stay sharp.

Tips

If you’re using a soft frosting such as whipped cream or cream cheese, we would recommend using a fondant disc under the edible icing images.

With buttercream/frosting, the image will begin to blend with the frosting after approx. 5 mins. DO NOT touch the image as it will leave a visible fingerprint when touched.

If the image does not release from the backing sheet easily, do not force it! Place the edible image sheet in the freezer (not fridge), for about 15-30 seconds, making sure you don’t get any water on them while doing so.
