Shipping Information

We ensure that all of our edible images are well packaged for mailing, in order to avoid any potential damage on its journey to you.

First, each edible icing sheet is sealed in a food grade cello bag, then all sheets are placed into a ziplock bag and sealed to ensure the sheets stay fresh.

The ziplock bag is then placed into an A4  letter sized mailing box. These boxes are only 16m thick so they will fit through your mail box. We prefer to use these boxes over rigid mailer envelopes as they provide more protection to the icing sheets & allow them to stay flat. The box is then sealed.

The shipping times shown at checkout do not include processing time and only apply after your order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days but sometimes it may take up to 3 days. The shipping times shown at checkout are an estimate based on Australia Post information.
